Bedroom + workspace

A 10 × 12 room.
Two ways to make it yours.

Keep a 160 cm bed and add a place to work. Try the same 140 cm desk on either side of the room. Furniture sizes stay the same.

Check the assumptions first.

The inside room is exactly 10 ft 0 in × 12 ft 0 in. The bed is a 160 cm × 210 cm outer-frame footprint, not a standard mattress claim.

Both examples assume one-sided bed access. Reserved use spaces are your planning assumptions, not universal clearance standards. Window height, headboard height and window operation need separate checks.
